Rebooting our Reboot Retreats
After having to cancel our reboots since the lockdown started we were finally allowed to get started again albeit with our social distancing measures in place. Luckily for us all of our training takes place outside so we were already off to a good start.
We had 7 lovely clients arrive for the weekend travelling in from London, Portsmouth, Milton Keynes and Bishops Stortford.
Our retreats are not about “weight loss” in the traditional sense. When you leave us we have done our job if we have helped you to feel lighter in your mind. When that “weight of the world” and the daily stresses have been lifted from your shoulders.
Anyone can lift weights but to lift the mental weight that we carry with us every day takes a lot more strength and courage.
Our group was made up of 6 ladies and 1 gentleman. His moment of realisation on Friday evening that he was the only chap did not deter though. He was solid throughout the weekend.
The weather was great, we were at a new location with stunning views across the Dunstable Downs and a fantastic pool for the guests. Simply stunning!

Every time we run our reboot weekends it never ceases to amaze me how much we can restore our mental and physical health within just a few days. Stepping of the hamster wheel with no distractions, a focus just on yourself and getting away from all the stresses and strains of everyday life. Yes, life’s stresses will still be there when you return but you will be better equipped to deal with them if you recharge your batteries every once in a while.
