Do you know what your employees think?

Following on from Mental Health Awareness week is the perfect time for us to announce we have been working with Laws of Attraction, a management consultancy that specialises in inspiring leaders to increase engagement and improve organisational performance through forging strong, healthy relationships with the people they work with.
At Laws of Attraction, recognising and managing mental wellbeing has always been a key feature of their Vibe survey platform. Their employee engagement surveys offer you a deeper understanding of your environment and enables you to make informed decisions that will positively impact on employee wellbeing, performance, and sustaining business growth. Vibe uses an algorithm to quantify the four most influential emotional drivers in healthy workplace relationships, Stress, Trust, Empowerment and Passion – by comparing and contrasting subconscious thoughts and feelings with traditional qualitative and quantitative data.
“56% of employers would like to do more to improve staff well-being but don’t feel they have the right training or guidance”.

That’s why BMR and Vibe have created a 5-minute, 15 question mental health pulse survey, specifically to measure the mental wellbeing of employees. This short survey collects important data from your colleagues so that you can truly understand and evaluate how your employees are feeling about their mental wellbeing right now.
Looking after your employee’s mental wellbeing is paramount over the coming months, as the effects of the lockdown, returning to work and adapting to the new guidelines may take its toll on people’s stress levels and mental health.
Understanding how your teams are feeling can give you a better insight into the road ahead, and when you have better insight, you make better decisions.
