Ann is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about Mental Health and Wellness and this came across during the Mental Health First Aid training that I attended. Ann is very open and makes the course material relevant and relatable. I'd like to thank Ann for sharing her expertise as I take my first steps as a Mental Health First Aider.
