In addition, Kristine's decades-long involvement in the football industry equips her with an unparalleled understanding of industry pressures.

Background
In 2019, Sheila and Ann came together with a vision: to revolutionise workplace well-being by creating something truly tailored—something personal. They believed that organisations deserved more than a one-size-fits-all approach to employee support, and BMR was born from that shared passion.
From the start, our mission has been clear: to collaborate, to listen, and to design bespoke well-being solutions that meet the unique needs of every organisation we work with. What began as a partnership has grown into a dynamic network of experts, spanning mental health, leadership, DEIB, and employee growth, all dedicated to nurturing healthier, more resilient workplaces.
At BMR, our work is grounded in globally recognised frameworks like ISO45003 and the World Health Organisation [WHO] workplace well-being guidelines. These principles ensure that everything we offer—from mental health training to our Learning for Growth programmes—follows best practice in psychological health and safety.
Our approach is as flexible as you need it to be. Whether you're seeking guidance on mental health, health and wellbeing promotional webinars or a full suite of well-being and leadership solutions, we’re here to support you.
Ready for a conversation? Get in touch with us today to explore how we can enhance your organisation’s psychological health, safety, and overall well-being—no strings attached.
