‘Resilience’ has become a buzzword and has been both over-used and at times, misused to put undue responsibility on individuals rather than systemic change.

However, in parallel with carefully designed organisational change, personal development continues to have a core place in supporting employees to navigate challenges and complexity.

Our personal and relational resilience workshops combine solid evidence-base - from psychology, neuroscience and health sciences - with creative and innovative approaches to learning.
