Dr Jacqui Wilmshurst

Senior Consultant and Pioneer of the 4Ps Approach

Dr Jacqui Wilmshurst is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS), specialising in Learning, Wellbeing and Belonging at work.

With a background in both research and practice, she is a highly experienced and trusted consultant with a broad-reaching portfolio and a track record of measurable impact.

Ahead of her time, for more than a decade, Jacqui has pioneered the design and implementation of Psychological Health, Safety and Wellbeing, strategy, policy and interventions in organisations of all sizes and across diverse industries.

Her work has spanned the private, public and charity/non-profit sectors, including broadcast media, social media, military, professional services, humanitarian aid, public services, banking, food production & engineering.

Previous roles include Head of Mental Health for the BBC, Global Head of Wellbeing for TikTok and Global Programme Manager for Facebook Meta.

She has partnered with clients in the UK, Ireland, USA, Germany, Russia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kenya, Colombia, India, China and Singapore.

Jacqui belongs to the Crisis, Disaster & Trauma Section of the BPS and is also a guest lecturer in applied psychology at the Universities of Manchester, Liverpool and Hull.

Fun Fact: Jacqui is a licensed Squirrel Rehabilitator and uses her lessons learned from these amazingly resilient creatures in her #bemoresquirrel resilience training, and watch this space for more lessons from other wildlife.
