Danyal’s story
I started coaching people on their confidence because I used to have no clue what to do in life, I wasn't sure of who I was, and I didn't really feel confident in myself. I wasn't aware of it either, my insecurities, and my mindset and thought processes. I read a book recommended to me called The Power of Now, and that book changed everything. I realised, not only was I insecure, and reacting and living out of pain, but I was in control of it. So, using what that book taught me, I left that dark place and it hit me that everyone else is still there. It became my mission to help others feel the same level of confidence in themselves and gain control over their life.
It’s been over 5 years since I realised and decided that I wanted to take control in my life; I wanted to feel differently about myself. So, I took action. I quit my job. I travelled to 18+ countries. I lived in 4 countries; I learnt 3 languages. I created a business. I did things which I knew would scare me; I knew I may fail at, but I did them because I wanted to achieve something, do something fun, or improve myself.
I don't teach people to be like me, I want to help people be the best version of themselves, and that can't be done by telling them what to think, it's achieved by helping people challenge, evaluate, and question what they think.
Danyal’s Mission
Role Model Coaching aims to create a guide to life. Not because life has been figured out but because you can do whatever you like as long as you understand how to think about it. If you know that you are only working to support your family, then you know that the job you do will never matter more than them, which should tell you that although you need to work to survive, it is for a higher cause. If you know what kind of life you want to live and feel happier while moving towards it, then the small things that would upset you or anger you become less of a problem. It becomes harder for things to annoy you when you know you are going somewhere you want to be. Most importantly, though, if you knew how important and truly valuable you were, all the things that tear you down, drain you, and make you feel not good enough will seem to disappear and you can feel happy just being yourself.
If people can achieve that, the world will be a happier and more equal place.
